Tower 200 Review
The Tower 200 is the new workout machine put out by Body by Jake. It is sort of an odd invention really, but what you do is hang the Tower 200 over any door and you have yourself an instant resistance band machine. It’s like a portable gym that you can easily get out of the way so it doesn’t take up half the house! When I first saw the Tower 200 I wasn’t sure how well it would hold up, but was pleasantly surprised at how durable it is and how well the door seems to support the whole thing. I must have over estimated my own strength because I thought I’d rip the door right off the hinges or something, but it really doesn’t work like that and its much sturdier than it seems like it would be.

It can’t be any easier to set the Tower 200 up. All you do is slip it over any door and you are ready for a great workout. The Tower 200 can give you as little as 25lbs of resistance and as much as 200lbs of resistance depending on which combination of resistance bands you use. Once you get started using the Tower 200 you will soon learn why they call it the mother of all workouts because you REALLY get a workout with this little home gym. They advertise the Tower 200 on TV and it is endorsed by mma champ Randy Coutour which is one of the biggest names in the industry. If you are into mma then you know this is the exact kind of equipment you need to get an awesome home workout and be able to train like a pro in any room in your home or office that has a door.
The time for excuses are over, you either want to get an awesome workout at home or you don’t. If you do, thats exactly what the Tower 200 delivers, if you don’t, well I relly don’t know what you are doing here wasting your time for then. Fitness is about taking action and pushing yourself to the limits. If you are not willing to do that then you might as well give up and go eat some ice cream with whipped cream on top and sit there like a blob surfing the web. If you are serious, then click the dang button, but the Tower 200 and start changing your life and quit making excuses! You will be glad you did, and you KNOW IT, so what is stopping you exactly? Do you want someone to hold your hand or something? Seriously… Go buy it, and then USE IT! It’s that simple. So quit your whining and just order it already!
